JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Be responsible for real-time handling and delivery of recurring data tasks including Salesforce account validation, new contacts review, records creation, and duplicate merging.
- Process new Salesforce data being generated in response to central commercial operations.
- Execute general short and long-term data cleansing processes to increase overall Salesforce data quality.
- Assess data requests submitted by users and respond or escalates as appropriate.
- Perform non-Salesforce-related research assignments as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:–
- Graduate/B.Sc. IT/B.Sc. Math/BCA/MCA (preferred).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email and on client calls when required.
- Good to know but not mandatory to have experience of CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics).
- Good to have knowledge of sales/marketing operations.
- Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.
Preferred skill:
- Assess data requests submitted by users and respond or escalates as appropriate.
- Perform non-Salesforce-related research assignments as necessary.
- Prepare project work for quality review by senior team colleagues/leads.
- Execute routine and on-demand data analytics reporting leveraging Salesforce native capabilities.
