JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Address the pressing needs and concerns of online ordering customers
- Elevate the standard of Zomato’s customer service
- Contact customers to solve their problems via chats, calls and emails
- Surface the key problems with other Zomato teams to help in designing better solutions.
- Spirit of service towards customers, delivery partners, restaurant partners and our community
- Zeal for building deep mutually beneficial relationships that are not transactional in nature
- Ability to get your hands dirty and understand what ‘running a restaurant’ truly means
- Identify restaurant issues and get them resolved
- Identify growth opportunities for your partners.
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA–
- 12th Pass or Any Graduate
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Be fluent in English and respective regional language
- Eager to commute restaurants whenever required
- Ability to analyze problems
- Handling problems
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in typing and speaking efficiently
- Solution seeking and problem solving
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficiency in creating engaging copy and personalized content for social media platforms, particularly twitter.
