JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- The program spans over 18 months and consists of three six-month rotations (3*6) across different departments like Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization,
- Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation ( Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management & Product Development
- Each Impact grad gets to specialize in 3-4 of the areas mentioned above in their 18 months of on-the-job training.
- Post training, they will be allocated to any one of the tech areas they specialized in as each rotation is carefully crafted to provide recent graduates with exposure to diverse projects, technologies, and roles, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
- Through these rotations, participants will gain invaluable insights into different areas of technology while honing their skills and building a strong foundation for their career.
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA–
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willing to work in 24*5 rotational shift depending on the business requirement.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in software development and delivery and a demonstrable ability to quickly understand and apply new technical concepts and frameworks.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
