JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products, adhering to both internal and external requirements.
- Create and execute software test plans, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test outcomes, ensuring compliance with quality control guidelines.
- Monitor and report product quality levels and investigate any issues to ensure resolution.
- Design systems to record and analyze trends in product quality performance.
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA–
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance..
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Design systems to record and analyze trends in product quality performance.
- Collaborate with product developers and managers to improve quality processes and manage problem logs.
- Perform both manual testing of new features and automation testing through scripts.
- Provide shift-based support (5:30 AM–2:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM) and assist on weekends if required.
