JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Designing and executing test cases, ensuring that software applications meet the desired quality standards. Requirement Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and gathering detailed requirements for software development projects.
- Test Planning: Creating test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on the project requirements and objectives.
- Test Execution: Executing test cases to verify the functionality and performance of software applications, identifying defects, and documenting them for resolution.
- Defect Management: Tracking and managing defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and retesting. Test Reporting: Preparing test reports and communicating the test results to project stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.
- Test Automation: Identifying opportunities for test automation and implementing automated test scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of testing activities with project timelines.Continuous Improvement: Contributing to process improvement initiatives, sharing best practices, and staying updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
