Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a keen interest in customer verification and service within the mortgage domain. This role involves supporting various operational processes ensuring accuracy and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities :-
- Support daily operational processes by utilizing MS Excel to manage and analyze data.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer verification processes within the mortgage domain.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and providing feedback on process enhancements.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:-
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly within the mortgage domain.Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Experience in customer verification and service within the mortgage domain is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Show commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.

Certifications Required
Certification in MS Excel or related data analysis tools is preferred.
