The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working on back-end or front end & any language/script/technology as per the project need.
- Working on enterprise-scale/complexproject that require you to connect the business needs and domain with technical knowledge.
- Learning technical framework and apply best practices for scalable and maintainable code.
- Breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
- Understanding whole product, its modules and the interrelationship between them in the assigned component.
- Designing interfaces and information exchange between modules

To be successful in this role you will:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in STEM – Computer Science/Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- Demonstrate quick learning and understanding in backend development using Node.js , frontend development using Angular, React , languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#
- Be able to design and develop RESTful services & APIs using REST, XML, JSON, API gateway
- Be able to implement Micro-services and docker/containerization.
- Be proficient in building backend services like Session management, caching, algorithms & data structures, secure coding, etc.
- Good understanding of backend development in Web/Cloud application along with established leadership credentials.
